摘    要:目的:探讨护生临床实习的方法.方法:将103名实习护生随机分为观察组52名和对照组51名.观察组采取"一对一"跟班制带教方法;对照组用传统带教法.结果:两组学生理论、操作考试比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);患者及家属对学生的满意度及护理诊断准确率存有显著差异(P<0.01).结论:"一对一"带教方法可发现护生实习中存在的问题.可有针对性的及时对护生进行教育和引导,提高实习效果.
