| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨艾司西酞普兰对广泛性焦虑病人的临床疗效和安全性.方法:随机分为艾司西酞普兰组和氟西汀组,艾司西酞普兰10～20 mg/d,氟西汀10～20 mg/d.疗效采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定,不良反应和安全性用TESS和实验室检查评定.观察时间为8周.结果:艾司西酞普兰组有效率76.7%,治愈率50%.氟西汀组有效率73.3%,治愈率43.3%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论:艾司西酞普兰治疗广泛性焦虑症病人安全有效,疗效和不良反应与氟西汀相似.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of escitalopram in treating the patients with generalized anxiety.Methods:Sixty patients with generalized anxiety were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the study group were treated with escitalopram in a dose of 10~20 mg/d and the control group with fluoxetine in a dose of 10~20 mg/d.All the subjects were rated by Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety(HAMA),and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS) at the baseline and the end of 1,2,4,6... |
