西安市青少年儿童龋病抽样调查分析

目的:了解本市青少年儿童人群口腔健康状况,为制定龋病防治规划提供参考依据.方法:在采用分层、整群、随机抽样的方法,抽取西安市4个区9岁、12岁、15岁青少年2 176人.根据WHO制定的<口腔流行病学调查基本方法>进行口腔健康检查,并对结果进行统计学分析.结果:青少年儿童龋病患病率为40.07%,龋均为0.99,城市患龋率高于农村(P<0.05),女性患龋率高于男性(P<0.05),9、12、15岁年龄组龋病患病率分别为44.81%、36.14%、38.96%;龋齿充填率低,仅为10.4%,城市高于农村(p<0.01),随年龄组增加,充填率增加(P<0.01).结论:应加强口腔健康教育,采取切实有效的措施降低儿童青少年的龋患率,提高龋齿的充填率.

Sampling survey on caries disease in children and adolescents in Xi'an city
