| 摘 要： | 目的:对住院病人护理工作满意度进行调查,找出护理工作的薄弱环节,提出对策.方法:通过自制量表对本院住院病人采用问卷发放调查表及无记名形式,随机抽样的方法对住院病人进行满意度调查.结果:2009年病人满意度高于2008年,不满意项目数低于2008年同期.结论:通过各种管理方法改进及措施的实施,护理满意度明显提高.
