新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中性粒细胞CD11a、CD18的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨CD11a、CD18在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的意义.方法:新生儿HIE 30例(轻度18例,中度7例,重度5例)及30例正常对照新生儿采用流式细胞术测定生后24~48h、7d CO11a、CD18数值.结果:HIE组CD11a生后24~48 h(96.17±12.45)、7d(89.16±13.56)较对照组24~48 h(82.12±10.53)均明显升高(P<0.05);HIE组CD18生后24~48 h(95.56±14.57)、7d(88.37±12.32)较对照组24~48h(81.28±10.12)均明显升高(P<0.05);24~48h、7d存在动态变化,以24~48h较高(P<0.05);轻度与中、重度HIE患儿CD11a、CD18之间差异均有显著性(P<0.05).结论:新生儿HIE血中CD11a、CD18水平高于正常新生儿,其变化与时间及病变程度有关.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the significance of expression of serum CD11a and CD18 in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:The flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of serum CD11a and CD18 at 24~48h and on 7d after birth in 30 cases of HIE(mild 18 cases,moderate 7 cases and severe 5 cases).Results:In HIE group,the serum level of CD11a at 24~48h and on 7d after birth was 96.17±12.45 and 89.16±13.56 respectively,which was significantly higher than 82.12±10.53 at 24~48h in the control group(P0.05).CD18 at 24-48h(95.56±14.57) and 7d(88.37±12.32) in HIE group was significantly higher than 81.28±10.12 at 24~48h in the control group(P0.05).The level of CD11a and CD18 at 24~48h was significantly higher than that on 7d(P0.05),showing the dynamic change.There was significant difference between CD11a and CD 18 among mild,moderate and severe HIE neonates.Conclusion:The expression of CD11a and CD18 in neonates of HIE is higher than that in normal neonates,its change is related with the time and lesion degrees of HIE,which suggests that CD11a and CD18 could be involved in hypoxic-ischemic reperfusion injury.
