流程管理理论在消毒供应室管理中的应用

目的:探讨流程管理理论应用于消毒供应窒的效果.方法:2008年1～12月将流程管理理论应用于消毒供应室管理中,护理质量管理流程,包括物品回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、下送流程、无菌物品存放流程、供应室护士与临床科审护士协调沟通流程结果:各种器械包包装合格率由97%上升为100%,下送临床科室无菌包错发率由1%下降为零,护士满意度由90%上升为99%.结论:应用流程管理理论实现了供应窒管理科学化、规范化、系统化,适应了临床工作,提高了供应室护理质量.
