P16、PTEN、E-cadherin、CtBP1联合检测对子宫内膜腺癌的诊断意义

摘    要:目的研究P16、PTEN、E-cadherin、CtBP1在子宫内膜癌中的表达,评价联合检测三者对子宫内膜癌临床病理诊断的意义。方法使用组织芯片和免疫组化染色技术观察P16、PTEN、E-cadherin、CtBP1在60例子宫内膜腺癌和30例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达情况,使用二元逻辑回归ROC曲线分析方法对联合检测指标进行筛选,并对个体诊断进行预测。结果 P16、PTEN、E-cadherin在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率高于正常子宫内膜(P〈0.05);CtBP1在两种组织中均高度表达,未见显著差异(P〉0.05)。P16和PTEN联合检测具有中等强度准确性,在假阳性率为10%的条件下诊断点为0.900。结论 P16、PTEN、E-cadherin阳性表达与子宫内膜癌发生有关;P16和PTEN联合检测对子宫内膜腺癌的临床病理诊断有参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the expression of P16,PTEN,E-cadherin and CtBP1 in endometrial cancer.Methods Sixty endometrial cancer tissues and thirty normal endometrial tissues were enrolled in the research.The expression of P16,PTEN,E-cadherin and CtBP1 were measured by tissue microarray technology and immunohistochemical method.Then,the diagnostic value of the expression of P16,PTEN,E-cadherin and CtBP1 were evaluated by using binary logistic regression analysis(ROC curve).Results Positive expression of P16,PTEN and E-cadherin in endometrial cancer were significantly higher than those in normal endometrial tissues(P0.05).Positive expression of CtBP1 in two groups were both higher but no significant difference between them(P0.05).P16 combined with PTEN achieved medium intensity as diagnostic index for endometrial cancer,under the condition of 10% false positive rate,diagnostic point of endometrial cancer was defined as 0.900.Conclusions Positive expression of P16,PTEN,E-cadherin might be correlated with tumorigenesis of endometrial cancer.Combined detection of P16 and PTEN had clinical value to diagnose endometrial cancer.
