| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腔镜下尿道内切开术治疗尿道狭窄的方法与疗效.方法:将腔镜下尿道内切开术治疗尿道狭窄24例的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:24例手术均顺利完成,19例在尿道内切开同时用电刀切除过多的瘢痕组织.术后79%的患者排尿通畅,最大尿流率均大于15 ml/s,而疗效不佳均为尿道狭窄段较长者,改用开放手术后治愈.结论:尿道内切开术治疗尿道狭窄疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the method and efficacy of endoscopic urethrotomy for treating urethral stricture.Methods:The clinical data in 24 cases of urethral stricture treated by endoscopic urethrotomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The operation in 24 cases was successfully completed.During urethrotomy by electric knife,the excessive scar tissues were removed in 19 cases.After operation,79% of cases had smooth voiding with the maximum urine flow rate of more than 15mL/s.Whereas,those in poor efficacy ha... |
