护生实习过渡式教学模式探索

摘    要:目的:构建护生实习新模式,评价新模式实习效果,提高护生临床实习教学质量.方法:2008~2010年进入我院实习护生,实习前先进行1个月的过渡式教学,教学内容包括基础操作、病房管理、应急预案、各项规章制度,培训前后均同一标准考核.结果:护生认为过渡式教学模式有效提高沟通能力,加深理论知识理解与掌握,提高基础技能操作能力,安全防范与法律意识提高.结论:过渡式教学模式是可行的.
