| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨3种肠道准备方法对便秘患者结肠镜检查的效果.方法:将我院结肠镜检查的146例便秘患者随机分为3组:口服硫酸镁粉组(A组)49例、口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散组(B组)49例和口服甘露醇组(C组)48例.观察和比较3组患者的肠道清洁程度和不良反应.结果:A组肠道准备有效率为87.76%,高于B组71.43%(P<0.05)和C组77.08%.C组患者腹胀发生率最高,与B组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).A组腹胀和恶心发生率均高于B组(P<0.05).结论:口服硫酸镁效果好、价格低廉,可作为便秘患者结肠镜检查前的首选肠道准备方法.
