高龄食管贲门癌的临床特点及外科治疗

目的 :总结高龄食管贲门癌患者的临床特点及外科治疗经验。方法 :对 1989年 6月 - 2 0 0 0年6月 2 4 9例 >70岁高龄食管贲门癌病例手术治疗资料作回顾性分析。结果 :高龄患者术前伴发病较多。手术切除率 97 2 % ,并发症发生率 5 1 0 % ,1、3、5年生存率分别为 80 6 %、4 0 5 %、2 9 1%。结论 :对高龄食管贲门癌患者外科治疗关键在于严格掌握手术适应证 ,做好术前准备 ,积极处理术后并发症

Surgical Treatment and Clinical Characteristic of Esophageal and Cardiac Cancer in Patients over Age of Seventy

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristic of the eld cardiac cancer patients and surgical experience to decrease the manipulation mortality further and enhance surgical therapeutic efficacy.Methods Surgical therapeutic cases' data responsible for eld cardia cancer patients above 70 years old from June in 1989 to June in 2000 year were analyzed in retrospect.Results Complications before surgical were more in eld patients,most merged with hearts and lung diseases.the surgical resection rate was 97.2%.Surgical complication rate was 51.0%,survival rates were 80.6%,40.5%,29.1% after one,three and five years respectively.Conclusions Positive attitude of surgical therapy to the eld cardiac cancer patients should be kept, at the same time,the relation between physiological age and biological age should be concerned carefully.The key to decrease mortality depends on grasping surgical adaptation symptom strictly,preparing fully before operation,evaluating strictly about funnction of important organs,shorting surgical time,strengthening management in surgical and disposing complications after operation positively.
