某县城高中生应激及相关因素调查

目的]了解县城高中学生应激情况及其相关因素，为减轻应激程度，促进学生的身心健康提供依据。方法]分层整群抽样抽取的某县城两所高中的14个班级的661名学生用学生生活应激问卷（SISI）进行调查分析。结果]应激总评分范围为67-206，均分为122．46；自我加强和压力是主要的应激源；情绪反应是主要的应激反应；性别、兴趣爱好、家庭成员关系、父母文化程度不同的群体应激程度不同。结论]积极的心理引导、广泛的兴趣爱好、和谐的家庭关系有助于缓解高中学生的应激强度。

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF STRESS STATUS AND CORRELATIVE FACTORS OF SENIOR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE COUNTY TOWN

Obiective]To explore the status of stress and correlative factors of senior middle school students in county town and to offer basis for alleviating the degree of stress and promoting students' physical and mental health.Methods]With Student-Life Stress Inventory,investigation and analysis were conducted among 661 students of 14 classes in two senior middle schools of the county town by stratified and cluster sampling.Results]The distribution scope of stress was from 67 to 206,arithmetic mean was 122.46. The strengthening by one's own and pressure were the main source of stress,the motion reaction was the main stressful action. The differences of students in sex,interest,family relationship,education level of parents contributed to the dissimilarity of stress.Conclusion]The positive psychological guide,extensive interests,harmonious family relation contribute to alleviate the density of stress of senior middle school students.
