皮质激素治疗单纯性肾病复发的研究

目的：为了探讨激素治疗单纯性病复发的原因。方法：收集56例完整资料的单纯性肾病病例及随访结果，进行统计学处理，分析复发的原因。结果：因感染引起的复发24例。强的松减量不当9例，强的松停用9例。结论：长程疗法较短、中程疗法复发率低，感染、过早停药、药品减量不当是引起复发的主要原因。

Discussion of effect of hormonal measure on recurrent simple nephrotic syndrome

Objective To diacuss the course of recurrent simple nephrotic syndrome with hormonalmeasure. Methods To analyze the course of recrudescerlce, 56 cases simple nephritic syndromc andthe result of their outcome were collected and treated by statishcs. ResultS 24 cases of recudescencewere caused by infection. Prednisene was s0 disincreased fasily that resultsdin 9 cases. Conclusionlongterm therapy was shorter, middle-etrmerm therapy was lower of recurrent rate. Recurrent main cours-es were caused by infection, early cease - prednis0ne and no - proper disincreased dose.
