| 摘 要： | 目的：观察微波辐射治疗渗出性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法：对50例渗出性中耳炎患者采用微波辐射治疗，输出功率15～20W，时间15～20分钟，5～10次为一疗程。并同时与一般治疗50例进行对照观察。结果：微波治疗组与一般治疗组的痊愈显效率分别为88％和46％，两组比较有非常显著差异（P＜0．01）。结论：微波治疗渗出性中耳炎的疗效显著，无副作用，操作简便易行，病人易接受，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of microwave therapy for ex-udative otitis media. Method: 5O cases of exudative otitis media take microwave therapy. The poweroutput is 15 ~ 20W, time 15 ~ 20 minutes, and a course of treatment is 5 ~ 10 times, and 50 cases ofcontrol group are observed as well. Result: The cure rate of the two group are respectively 88% and46% . There are obvious difference(P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion. Microwave therapy for exudative otitismedia has an notable therapeutic effect and no side effect. It is easy to operate and be auepted by Pa-tients. It is worth spreading. |
