红花当归酊防治静脉炎的临床观察

目的　为了解决临床上缺乏防治输液引起的静脉炎的中医护理的不足 ,寻找一种新的中药制剂和治疗方法。方法　运用活血祛瘀 ,消肿止痛的红花当归酊与传统的 5 0 % Mg SO4湿敷防治输液引起的静脉炎。对 10 0例输液引起的静脉炎患者随机分为红花当归酊治疗为观察组 5 3例 ,5 0 % Mg SO4治疗为对照组 47例 ,湿敷患处每日 4～ 6次 ,每次 1h,按制定的疗效标准进行观察 ;同时 ,对 99例未发生静脉炎需补液的患者采用自身对照 ,用红花当归酊和 75 %的酒精进行预防静脉炎发生的实验。结果　红花当归酊与 5 0 % Mg SO4治疗静脉炎疗效经秩和检验 ,U=4.6 2 ,P<0 .0 1。红花当归酊和 75 %的酒精预防静脉炎疗效经 χ2检验 ,χ2 =9.33,P<0 .0 1,两者均有显著性差异。结论　红花当归酊防治静脉炎有一定的作用。

Clinical Effects of Honghua-danggui Tincture on Preventing and Treating Phlebitis

Objective To observe the effects of Honggui Tincture on preventing and treating phlebitis. Methods 100 phlebitis patients causing by IV therapy were evenly divided at random into two groups: the experimental and control groups. Honggui Tincture was used in the 50 experimental cases, while 50% MgSO 4 in the 50 controls. Another 99 cases receiving IV therapy but without phlebitis were treated with Honggui Tincture and 75% alcohol to prevent phlebitis. WT6HZ]Results Significant differences were found between the two groups regarding abating time of the symptoms. Conclusion Honghua-danggui Tincture can rapidly reduce the symptoms of phlebitis. It is worth popularizing its use clinically in prevention and treatment of phlebitis.
