| 摘 要： | 目的 评估全髋关节置换治疗成人髋关节结核的手术方法及临床效果。方法 9例患者采用病灶清除和全髋关节置换术治疗。结果 经20～53个月（平均33个月）的随访，髋关节功能以Harris法评分，Harris评分85～96分，平均92分。无结核复发，无假体松动、下沉等并发症的发生。结论 全髋关节置换是治疗晚期成人髋关节结核一种可供选择的较为有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the surgical methods and clinical effects of total hip replacement to treat tuberculosis of hip in adult patients. Methods 9 cases with hip tuberculosis had been treated with focus elimination and total hip replacement.Results All the patients were followed up 20 to 53 months (average 33 months). According to Harris norm on the curative effect graded 85-96 average 92.Conclusion Total hip replacement is an effective operative method to treat tuberculosis of hip joint. |
