舒肝颗粒联合舍曲林治疗围绝经期抑郁临床研究

目的探讨舒肝颗粒联合舍曲林治疗围绝经期抑郁的临床疗效。方法选取武汉商职医院2015年3月至2018年10月收治的围绝经期抑郁患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。两组患者入院后均予相关心理干预,并口服盐酸舍曲林片,研究组患者加服舒肝颗粒。结果研究组抗抑郁总有效率为95.00%,围绝经期综合征总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的77.50%和72.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)、雌二醇(E2)均明显升高,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(15.00%比7.50%,P>0.05)。结论舒肝颗粒联合舍曲林治疗围绝经期抑郁,可有效改善机体性激素及单胺类神经递质水平。

Shugan Granules Combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Depression

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Granules combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal depression.Methods A total of 80 patients with perimenopausal depression admitted to Wuhan Business Professionals Hospital from March 2015 to October 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and study group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given relevant psychological intervention and sertraline hydrochloride tablets;the study group was added with Shugan Granules.Results The total effective rate of depression in the study group was 95.00%,the total effective rate of perimenopausal syndrome in the study group was 92.50%,which were significantly higher than 77.50%and 72.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the two groups significantly decreased,and the levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA),norepinephrine(NE),5-hydroxyindole acetic acid(5-HIAA)and estradiol(E2)of the two groups significantly increased,and the levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(15.00%vs.7.50%,P>0.05).Conclusion Shugan Granules combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets is effective in the treatment of perimenopausal depression.It can effectively improve the level of sex hormones and monoamine neurotransmitters.
