摘    要:目的探讨当前新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下治疗药物监测(TDM)的临床应用与实验室防控策略。方法归纳TDM在COVID-19患者治疗中的临床应用,结合新型冠状病毒的特点总结相关实验室防控策略。结果TDM的临床应用有利于安全合理用药,制订更精准的药物治疗方案,有效控制患者病情。TDM实验人员需接触相关的样本,操作过程中存在职业暴露风险,需要做好感染防控。结论TDM工作安全有效地开展,能为COVID-19临床治疗提供有力的帮助,同时降低实验人员的职业暴露风险。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical application and laboratory prevention and control strategies of therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM)during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods The clinical application of TDM in the treatment of patients with COVID-19 was summarized,the relevant prevention and control strategies in the laboratory were summarized based on the characteristics of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Results The application of TDM was conducive to the safe and rational use of drugs,the formulation of accurate drug treatment plans,and effective control of the patients’conditions.The experimenters who were engaged in the TDM need to be exposed to relevant samples,and there was a risk of occupational exposure during the experiment,so infection prevention and control should be done well.Conclusion The safe and effective development of TDM can provide powerful help for the clinical treatment of the COVID-19,and reduce the risk of occupational exposure of experimenters.
