新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间某三甲医院药剂科人员心理状况调研分析

目的了解某三甲医院药剂科不同岗位人员面对新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情的心理状况,以便有针对性地给予心理干预。方法随机抽取上海健康医学院附属第六人民医院东院药剂科43名不同岗位的人员,以一般资料问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷43份,有效回收率为100.00%。与中国常模比较,该院药剂科工作人员SCL-90量表中抑郁、人际关系、敌对性、偏执因子得分均较高,差异显著(P<0.05),其他因子得分则无显著差异(P>0.05);部门、合同属性对药师SCL-90得分有明显影响(P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间,医院药剂科药师、发热药房值班药师和药库工作人员均应重点给予适当、及时的心理干预。

Investigation on the Psychological Status of the Staff in the Pharmacy Department of a Grade 3A Hospital During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Epidemic

Objective To understand the psychological status of the staff in different posts of the pharmacy department of a grade 3 A hospital during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic,and to provide targeted psychological intervention.Methods Totally 43 staff in different posts of the pharmacy department of the East Hospital of Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences were randomly selected and investigated with general information questionnaire and symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90).Results Totally 43 valid questionnaires were collected,the effective rate was 100%.In the SCL-90 scale,the scores of depression,interpersonal relationship,hostility and paranoia of pharmacy staff in the hospital were significantly higher than those of domestic norm(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the scores of other factors(P>0.05).The SCL-90 scores of pharmacy staff were significantly affected by department and contract attributes(P<0.05).Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,the pharmacists in the pharmacy department,the pharmacists on duty in the fever pharmacy and the staff in the drug storehouse should give appropriate and timely psychological intervention.
