Abstract: | A triangular fibrocartilage complex foveal lesion is one of the key structures for stabilizing the distal radioulnar joint. Its anatomy is unique and healing potential is still controversial. If surgical repair is necessary, ulnar abutment is contraindicated, evaluation of the ligament condition using distal radioulnar joint arthroscopy is crucial to achieve satisfactory results. |
