| 摘 要： | 目的调研四川省医疗机构的药品短缺现状。方法通过医疗机构分层随机抽样和问卷调查的形式调查四川省不同经济水平地区、不同类别、不同等级医疗机构的药品短缺现状,并进行双因素比较,分析原因,提出对策。结果与结论该省医疗机构存在药品短缺,但以相对短缺为主,未出现大范围集体短缺。解决药品短缺问题应更多从机制层面和具体策略层面努力。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the current situation of drug shortage in medical institutions in Sichuan Province. Methods Through the stratified random sampling of medical institutions and questionnaire surveys,the current situation of drug shortage in medical institutions in different economic levels,different categories,and different levels in Sichuan Province was investigated,and a two-factor comparison was made to analyze the reasons and propose countermeasures. Results and Conclusion There is a shortage of medicines in medical institutions in the province,but the relative shortage is the main one,and there is no large-scale collective shortage. To solve the problem of shortage of drugs,more efforts should be made from the mechanism level and specific strategy level. |
