| 摘 要： | 目的]观察养阴清肺汤加减治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法]将96例喉源性咳嗽患者按随机原则分为治疗组51例和对照组45例,治疗组予养阴清肺汤加减口服,对照组予阿莫西林、金嗓子喉宝、联邦止咳露治疗。5天1个疗程,2个疗程观察疗效。结果]治疗组治愈32例(62.7%),显效10例(19.6%);对照组治愈12例(26.7%),显效8例(17.8%)。经秩和检验,治疗组明显优于对照组(z=-4.305,P<0.01)。结论]养阴清肺汤加减对喉源性咳嗽的治疗具有明显疗效。
