复方甘草酸苷片联合卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风的疗效观察

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷片联合卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风的疗效。方法:将95例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组64例,给予复方甘草酸苷片1片～3片,3次/d,连用60d;同时,局部外用0.05%卤米松乳膏,2次/d,连用60d。对照组31例,仅给予0.05%卤米松乳膏局部外用,2次/d,连用60d。结果:治疗组有效率为62.5%,对照组有效率为32.3%,2组疗效比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:复方甘草酸苷片联合卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风安全、有效。

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Halometasone Cream in Treating Vitiligo

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effects of compound glycyrrhizin combined with halometasone cream on vitiligo.METHODS:95patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.64patients in treatment group had taken compound glycyrrhizin continuously for60days at a dose of1～3tablets with3times per day,meanwhile,0.05%halometasone cream had been used locally with2times per day.While31other patients in control group had only been treated with0.05%halometasone cream with2times per day for60days.RESULTS:The efficacy rate in treatment group was62.5%as compared with32.3%in control group,there existed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).No evident adverse drug reactions were found in both groups.CONCLUSION:It is safe and effective to use comˉpound glycyrrhizin combined with halometasone for treatment of vitiligo.
