高等中医药教育教学管理运作模式的研究

中医药高等教育的发展要转变管理理念,适应时代发展需要:由"一校一区"的教学管理模式向"一校多区"教学管理模式转变,由小规模传统教学管理模式向较大规模现代教学管理模式转变,由"学校为中心"的管理模式向"学院为重心"的管理模式转变;建立新的教学管理模式的思路:以提高办学效益和办学质量为切入点,以高素质复合型人才培养为根本,以提高管理效率为突破口,以信息化教学管理为保证;构建新的教学管理体系的具体措施:建立快速高效的教学保障体系,重新界定管理职能,实行"学院为重心"的管理模式,搭建基于网络信息技术的教学管理平台,结合学科专业特点,实施分校区、分阶段的管理手段,建立校级合作办学、校级学分互认的管理体系。

Research on operation mode of teaching administration of higher education of Chinese medicine

Development of higher education should reform concepts of management to suit the needs of the times.The management mode of one university one campus should be changed into one university several campuses.Small scale traditional teaching mode should be changed into large scale modern teaching mode.New thoughts of teaching administration should be established to improve efficiency and ensure quality.High quality professionals should be trained with multiple abilities.Management efficiency should be improved by means of digital network.A new teaching administration system is to be built to ensure quick and highly effective operation of the teaching system.Management function should be readjusted to carry out the college-center mode.A platform based on network information technology should be constructed.Subject characteristics should also be considered to conduct administration according to different campuses and different learning periods,and credits between campuses and universities should be recognized.
