两种爬行纲动物血红蛋白与溴酚蓝互作的研究

摘    要:目的:研究两种爬行纲动物(乌龟、翠青蛇)血红蛋白(Hb)与溴酚蓝(BPB)是否互作.方法:在淀粉-琼脂糖混合凝胶电泳过程中,让溴酚蓝兜过动物的血红蛋白,观察有无互作.结果:溴酚蓝兜过翠青蛇血红蛋白和乌龟血红蛋白时出现"凹兜"样改变.结论:两种爬行纲动物能与溴酚蓝互作.这说明乌龟和翠青蛇血红蛋白有相似的结构,造成了Hb都能与溴酚蓝互作,这可能与生物进化有关.

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the interaction between Hb from two kinds of animals of Reptilia and BPB . Methods: During the process of gel electrophoresis BPB was selected to surround hemoglobin from animals . Results: The characteristic bowl-shaped image appeard when BPB surround Hb of two kinds of animals. Conclusion: Hb of two kinds of animals (Geoclemys Reevesii, Opheodrys Major ) can interact with BPB .Due to the similiar structure of Hb from two kinds of animals , the same interaction occurred,which may be associated with biologic evolution .
