摘    要:本实验选取了能够反映血液流变性特征的各种参数,对丹皮酚和阿司匹林两个药物改变血液汉变性的能力进行了比较,以期为临床开发和应用这两个药物提供准确的实验依据。实验结果表明:丹皮酚对血液流变学指标的影响是多方面的,主要表现在降低全血表观粘度、使红细胞压积降低,同时降低红细胞聚集性和血小板附性,使红的变形能力显著增强。而阿司匹林改变血液流变性的能力则较为局限,除了能因小板粘附率外,其它方面未能表现出对血液

Abstract:In order to provide experimental data for the development and application of the two drugs in clinic, the hemorrheological parameters of paeonol was studied, ex vivo, in comparison with aspirin. Results showed that paeonol had a more broad spectrom than those of aspirin. The major hemorrheological changes of paeonol included such items as decreasing whole blood viscosity, lowering Hematocrit (Het), the RBC's aggregation and platelet adhesion rate and increasing the RBC's deformation ability. For aspirin, however, beside it's action to decrease platelet adhesion rate, showed no obvious effects on other hemorrheological parameters.
