江苏省中小学健康教育现状调查分析

目的 了解目前江苏省中小学校健康教育的开课情况，给教育和卫生管理部门提供决策依据。方法 对苏南、苏中和苏北34所城乡中小学校用“学校健康教育课程调查表”进行问卷调查，同时还对南京10所学校的学生体检资料进行了统计分析。结果 1．79％的学校没有懂卫生知识的专职教师任教健康教育课；2．62％的学校没有使用正确、系统的健康教育课本；3．健康教育课时得不到保证；4．多数学校对学生常见病的防治工作缺乏足够的重视，校医人数不够且业务素质较差。结论 江苏省中小学健康教育课的现状不理想。

Current Situation of Health Education Course in Jiangsu Province and Proposals for School Health Education Course

Objective To investigate the current situation of health education course in primary and middle schools in Jiangsu Province and provide scientific basis for the policy making bodies Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 34 primary and middle schools in urban and rural areas in 5 cities in different parts of Jiangsu Province The data of physical examination of the students in 10 schools in Nanjing city were analyzed Results 1 79% of the investigated schools did not have full time teachers of health education; 2 62% of the investigated schools failed to use appropriate health education textbooks with systematic accurate health knowledge; 3 some of the schools failed to provide sufficient class hours for health education;4 most of the schools, with insufficient and not so high quality school doctors, did not pay enough attention to the common disease prevention among students Conclusion The current situation of health education course in Jiangsu Province is not satisfactory
