门诊质量与就诊数的关系

摘    要:目的:为了探讨门诊就诊人数增减因素,提高门诊服务水平;方法:采用本院1996~1997年2年11个临床科室就诊人数变化统计资料进行分析;结果:高年资医师出门诊人次频度高,科室学术地位高,有医疗特色,副高以上人员出门诊频度高,则门诊就诊人数增加,否则下降。结论:仅有良好的服务态度,没有高水平的诊断治疗专业技术门诊量必然下降。为此,应该加强门诊技术队伍建设,提高门诊质量。

Abstract:Objective: To find out factors affecting the volume of outpatients and improve the quality of outpatient service. Method: Statistical data on the change in the change in the volume of outpatients to the hospital's 11 clinical departments from 1996 to 1997 were analyzed. Result: The volume of outpatients increased with a high frequency of senior doctors offering setvice, a high academic status of the departmnt and the provision of distinctive medical treatment. Otherwise the volume dropped. Conclusion:Good attitude alone, without a corresponding high level of medical medical expertise, will naturally result in a decrease in the volume of outpatients. For this reason, the personnel in outpatient sections should be strengthened technically so as to improve the quality of outpatient service.
