体位对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征影响的观察

目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者睡眠体位与睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数,血氧饱和度之间的关系.方法:对50例确诊为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合患者的多导睡眠监测结果进行回顾性分析,对仰卧位和非仰卧位(左侧卧位、右侧卧位)时主要睡眠参数进行比较.结果:患者仰卧位时睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数及小于90%的血氧饱和度发生时间明显高于侧卧位,而最低动脉血氧饱和度在仰卧位时明显低于侧卧位时,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:侧卧位时患者呼吸暂停低通气指数较小、睡眠中最低血氧水平较高、睡眠中呼吸暂停及低氧血症发生的次数减少.
