健康信息学：建立高质量和低成本的“p-健康”医疗体系

由于世界人口老龄化，未来数十年各国将面临越来越多的医疗服务需求和医疗成本压力。为了建立高质量和低成本的医疗保健体系，本文探讨了个体性（Personalized）、普惠性（Pervasive）、参与性（Participatory）、预防性（Preventive）、预测性（Predictive）以及先发性（Pre—emptive）的“p-健康”医疗范式。“p-健康”强调个性化医疗及疾病防治重心的前移，通过疾病的预防和早期诊断，提高医疗及突发性公共卫生事件应急措施的质量、降低社会医疗卫生成本。其中，健康信息系统是实现“p-健康”的关键。为建立多模态、多尺度、多层次的健康信息系统，本文提出了健康信息学五大研究方向包括获取（Acquisition）、传输（Transmission）、处理（Processing）、存储（Storage）以及检索（Retrieval，“p-STAR”）中的一些挑战和亟需解决的问题。
