| 摘 要： | 传染病防控工作是综合医院承担的重要公共卫生职能之一。医院应从完善急诊科布局和设施建设、建立急诊科传染病重症病例筛查预警机制、提高急诊科筛查和救治能力、加强急诊科传染病防护力度等出发，确保传染病病例，特别是重症病例，能早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗，确保患者和医务人员的生命安全。

| Abstract: | Prevention and control of infectious diseases is one of important public hygiene functions for general hospital. Improvement the layout and facilities of emergency department, setting up early warning mechanism, improving the ability of screening and treatment, and enhancing protection should be done to ensure the early detecting, early reporting, early isolation, and early treatment of patients with infectious diseases, which can ensure the life safety of patients and medical staff. |
