CT引导下经皮肺穿刺结果和并发症分析

目的评价穿刺枪针CT引导下肺穿刺活检结果及并发症发生率。方法对103例CT引导下肺穿刺检查结果和并发症进行分析。结果103例均一次性取得所需取材，其中病理发现恶性肿瘤55例（53．4％），良性病变46例（44.7％），不能做出诊断2例（1．9％），准确性达98．1％；严重并发症3例，其中1例死亡；轻微并发症3例，不需治疗。总并发症发生率5．9％。结论CT引导下肺穿刺活检是一种精确度高，较为安全的细胞病理学获得方法。

Analysis of results and complications of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy

Objective To analyse the results and the complications of percutaneous transthoracic biopsy under CT guidance. Methods The pathological and clinical data of 103 patients, who had undergone CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy, were collected and analysed. Results Needful histological materials were obtained by CT-guided percutaneous biopsy at first time in 103 patients. Malignant tumors were proved in 55 of the 103 patients(53.4%) and benign diseases were proved in 46 patients(44.7%), and diagnoses could not be made in 2 patients(1.9%). The accuracy was 98.1%. Serious complications appeared in 3 patients, and 1 patient among them died; 3 patients had slight complications. The incidence of complications was 5.9%. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy is a highly accurate and safe method to obtain cytological materials and make a pathological diagnosis.
