中央支气管局限性异常的影像学诊断

目的 探讨中央支气管局限性异常的X线和螺旋CT检查的诊断价值。方法 对122例中央支气管局限性异常的影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果 螺旋CT检查对中央支气管局限性异常直接征象的显示远优于X线摄片检查(P<0.01);X线摄片检查对间接征象的显示略逊于螺旋CT,但对阻塞性肺气肿的空气滞留较螺旋CT检查敏感。结论 中央支气管局限性异常以螺旋CT检查为首选方法,但X线检查简便、价廉,可根据间接征象提示诊断。

Imaging diagnosis of localized abnormality of central bronchi

Objective To study the X-ray and helical CT value in diagnosis of localized abnormality of central bronchi. Methods A retrospective analysis was made about the imaging manifestation of 122 cases with localized abnormality of central bronchi. Results Helical CT examination was highly superior to X-ray examination in demonstrating the direct signs of localized abnormality of central bronchi( P < 0.01) while X-ray examination was a little inferior to helical CT in demonstrating the indirect signs but more sensitive in detecting air trapping of obstructive empysema. Conclusion The helical CT is the first choice in examination of localized abnormality of central bronchi while X-ray examination is simple with little cost and can also contribute to diagnosis with indirect signs.
