| 摘 要： | 目的观察金尔伦治疗老年缺血性脑血管疾病的临床效果。方法选择经临床。CT、MRI、TCD确诊的老年缺血性脑血管疾病的患者，金尔伦4．0mg加入5％葡萄糖液250mL静脉点滴qd。连用2周，分析对比治疗前、后和治疗过程中患者的病情和重要辅助检查的变化，并同时对比患者的生活质量状况进行统计学分析。结果81例老年患者治疗后总的生活能力有明显提高（P〈0．01），治疗过程中未发现因用药造成的毒副作用：结论金尔伦对老年急性缺血性脑血管疾病有较好疗效。并且对合并多种疾病的老年患者可安全使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of naloxone in treatment of senile patients with isehemie eerebrovascuair disease. Methods Eighty one patients with acute isehemic cerebrovascualr disease diagnosed by clinical, CT, MRI and TCD, received 4.0mg naloxone with 250mL GS injection once daily for 2 weeks. The changes after treatment were compared. The total living ability were analyzed statistically. Results For thirty four patients, the total living ability were improved significantly （P〈0.01）. In addition, naloxone did not show any side effects. Conclusion Naloxone is effective in treatment of senile patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascualr disease, especially satisfactory for senile patients with many other diseases. |
