加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性分析

目的：探讨加替沙星注射液治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法：将我院160例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，对照组使用左氧氟沙星，治疗组使用加替沙星，比较两组的疗效、细菌清除率及不良反应等。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95．0％和93．7％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但治疗组略高；两组各项指标差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但治疗组各项指标时间略短；本组共分离出115例株致病菌，其中治疗组和对照组分离出致病菌分别为58株和57株，治疗组和对照组的细菌清除率分别为91．38％、91．23％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组出现5例不良反应，对照组出现6冽不良反应，均能耐受，未出现肝、肾损害。结论：采用加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染，疗效确切、细菌清除率高、不良反应小、安全、使用方便、价格便宜，值得推广应用。

Clinical efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin for lower respiratory tract infection

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Method Total 160 cases with lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group were given levofloxacin, and the treatment group were given gatifloxacin. The efficacy, bacterial clearance rates and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group＇ were 95.0% and 93.7%, respectively, there was no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but the treatment group was slightly higher. The indicators between the two groups showed no significant differences （P 〉 0.05 ）, but the indicators in the treatment group appeared slightly shorter time. Total 115 strains of pathogenic baetefias were isolated, the treatment group and the control group were 58 and 57, respectively. The bacterial clearance rate in the treatment group and the control group were 91.38% and 91.23%, respectively, there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The treatment group had 5 cases of adverse reactions, the control group had 6 cases of adverse reactions, and all the patients could tolerate, no liver and kidney damage occured. Conclusion Treating lower respiratory tract infection by gatifloxaein with the advantages of exact efficacy, higher bacterial clearance rate, fewer adverse reactions, safe, convenient and cheap.
