氧化耦合凝聚工艺深度处理垃圾渗沥液研究

摘    要:渗沥液经氧化塘等生物方法处理后CODCr降至500mg/L以下,再进行化学氧化深度处理。结果表明:投加药剂处理的垃圾渗沥液的最佳工艺条件为氧化剂的投加量2.2kg/m3,活性炭的投加量0.5kg/m3,投药方式是氧化剂和活性炭同时投加,进水CODCr350mg/L条件下,出水CODCr可降低到160mg/L,出水NH3-N去除率约40%。从UV-VIS图谱中可看出,化学氧化能够有效降解废水中有机物的生色基团,而加絮凝剂、活性炭等处理能够高效去除氧化法处理后产生的小分子物质。

Abstract:The waste leachate was first treated by bio-reactors and its CODCr decreased to less than 500 mg/L.Then it was treated in further treatment of chemical oxidation.Its optical running factors are as following:oxidizing agent dosage is 2.2 kg/m3, activated carbon dosage is 0.5 kg/m3, and they are both adding at the same time.When CODCr of the input was 350 mg/ L, the CODCr of output decreased to 160 mg/L.The removal ratio of NH3-N is about 40%.The UV-VIS spectrum showed that chemical oxidation can effectively break the color function of organics in leachate into small molecules.Then coagulating reagent and activated carbon can deposit them.
