| Abstract: | Direct effects of cardiotropic preparations on the hearts isolated from Wistar rats were examined. Deenergization of cardiomyocytes was modeled under conditions of hypoxic perfusion. Recovery of cardiac function during reperfusion was assessed by changes in the heart rate and contraction amplitude. |
