心电积分图判定心肌缺血、心脏康复、冠脉支架术后再狭窄的临床应用

目的 :探讨心电积分图对于判断心肌缺血、冠脉支架术后冠脉再狭窄及心脏康复效果的临床应用。方法 :采用心电积分图对 37例临床拟诊冠心病及 14例冠脉支架术后患者进行检测 ,并与冠状动脉造影相对照。结果 :心电积分图判定心肌缺血的总准确率为 78.4 % ,敏感性为 72 .7% ,特异性为 80 .8% ;判定支架术后患者冠脉再狭窄的准确率为 6 4 .3%。结论 :心电积分图是一种判定心肌缺血较敏感的无创性方法 ,可用于评价心脏康复的疗效 ;它对判定支架术后冠脉再狭窄亦有一定参考价值。

Clinical application of cardiointegram for evaluating myocardial ischemia and effects of cardiac rehabi-litation and determining coronary restenosis after stenting

Objective:To explore the effects of evaluating myocardial ischemia and cardiac rehabilitation and determining coronary restenosis after stating by cardiointegram.Methods:Thirty|seven patients with suspected coronary heart disease and 14 patients after coronary stating were examined by cardiointegram and coronary angiography.Results:The accuracy of evaluating myocardial ischemia is 78 4%,the sensitivity is 72 7%, and the specificity is 80 8%,the accuracy of judging coronary restenosis after stenting is 64 3% by cardiointegram.Conclusion:Cardiointegram is a sensitive and noninvasive method for evaluating myocardial ischemia and cardiac rehabilitation.It is useful to judge coronary restenosis after stenting.
