布氏杆菌性腹膜炎1例

布氏杆菌病是一种世界范围流行的人畜共患传染病，其感染可累及人类的多个器官，但布氏杆菌性腹膜炎在临床上比较少见。当肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎患者经常规保肝、抗感染治疗效果不佳时，临床医生应结合症状考虑其致病菌是否为布氏杆菌。本文现对1例布氏杆菌性腹膜炎进行报道，为临床医生拓宽肝硬化并自发性腹膜炎的病原学诊断思路提供帮助。

One case with Brucella peritonitis

Brucellosis is a kind of zoonotic infectious disease which is prevalent all over the world, and its infection may involve many human organs, but Brucella peritonitis is rare in clinic. When patients with hepatocirrhosis and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis are treated by routine liver-protecting and anti-infection treatment, but the effect is not obvious, clinicians should consider Brucella infection in combination with symptoms. This study reports one patient with Brucella peritonitis. It is helpful for clinicians to broaden the pathogenic diagnosis of hepatocirrhosis and spontaneous peritonitis.
