针灸治疗脑卒中后便秘选穴探讨

卒中后便秘是脑卒中患者常见的并发症之一，改善便秘，对脑卒中患者的康复具有重要意义。本文阐述了针刺治疗脑卒中后便秘的理论依据，并对循经配穴、局部取穴、辨证取穴及特定穴应用等四种配穴方式进行探讨，总结出常规治疗便秘的穴位，在临床实践中，以更好地发挥针灸临床治疗优势。

Acupoint Selection for the Acupuncture Treatment of Post-stroke Constipation

Post-stroke constipation is one of the common complications in stroke patients, and alleviating constipation is of great significance to the rehabilitation of stroke patients. This paper explicates the theoretical basis of acupuncture for the treatment of post-stroke constipation, and discusses from four modes of matching meridian based acupoint selection, local acupoint selection, syndrome differentiation based acupoint selection and application of specific acupoint selection, to summarize the acupoints that are routinely used to treat constipation, in clinical practice, to better exert the advantages of acupuncture for clinical treatment.
