| 摘 要： | 目的：研究氦-氖激光穴位照射对原发性痛经的治疗及护理。方法：83例原发性痛经患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组41例，用氦-氖激光照射关元穴、气海穴和三阴交穴（双侧），对照组42例，给予口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗，并对所有病员进行相应的护理指导．治疗结束后第三个月经周期评价治疗效果。结果：实验组和对照组总有效率分别为82．93％-35．71％，实验组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论：氦-氖激光穴位照射是治疗原发性痛经的有效方法，良好的护理是提高治疗效果的有力手段。
