某中学学生AIDS知识态度行为调查

目的了解中学生对艾滋病(AIDS)知识的掌握程度，探讨针对中学生的有效的AIDS健康教育方式。方法采用不记名问卷方式，对甘肃省一所石油企业中学的所有在校学生进行调查。结果共发问卷897份，收回有效问卷892份，有效回收率为99．44％。中学生AIDS基本知识回答正确率平均为7．7％～69．5％，高中生回答正确率普遍高于初中生；对AIDS传播途径与非传播途径知识的了解随年级的升高而增高，各年级学生对传播途径认知的平均得分非常显著地高于非传播途径；对AIDS病人或艾滋病病毒感染者的态度得分总体偏低，表明学生们对AIDS存在歧视或恐惧认识。有一部分学生存在不良生活习惯，17．5％的被调查学生有吸烟史，0．9％的学生回答吸过毒，2.8％的学生回答有性生活史，且分别有48．7％、65．6％的学生对婚外、婚前性行为持赞成和可以理解的态度。90％以上被调查学生认为有必要进行AIDS健康教育及自己有必要了解AIDS相关知识；学生主要是通过电视广播、报刊杂志及宣传资料获取AIDS相关知识的。结论应加强对中学生的AIDS健康教育。

A survey on AIDS knowledge, attitude and behaviors among middle school students in an oil enterprise

Objective To understand knowledge,attitude and behaviors related to AIDS among middle school students and to explore the effective health education to them.Methods Eight hundred and ninety two middle school students were investigated by anonymous questionnaires.Results The effective response rate was 99.44%.The correct rates about AIDS basic knowledge that students answered were from 7.7% to 69.5%,and the scores of senior students were generally higher than those of the junior students.The students'scores about the routine of HIV/AIDS transmission is conspicuously higher than those about the non-transmission and both scores were increased along with grade levels.The students'scores for the HIV/AIDS attitude were lower,showing that students had stigma and discrimination against HIV/AIDS.Of the students surveyed 17.5% smoked,0.9% used drugs,2.8% had sex history and 48.7% and 65.6% were either not opposed to or appreciated making love before marriage.Of these students 90% thought it necessary to have HIV/AIDS education and to grasp HIV/AIDS knowledge for them.Most students acquired HIV/AIDS knowledge by TV,newspaper and publicity materials.Conclusion AIDS related health education for middle school students should be carried out and strengthened urgently.
