预见性护理干预对肛瘘术后尿潴留的影响

目的:探讨预见性护理干预对肛瘘术后尿潴留的影响。方法:将住院治疗的112例肛瘘患者随机分成观察组与对照组,观察组56例,对照组56例。观察组给予全程的预见性护理干预,对照组实施常规护理措施。对两组肛瘘术后尿潴留的发生进行比较。结果:观察组术后尿潴留的发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:肛瘘术后患者给予全程的预见性护理干预,可明显降低术后尿潴留的发生率和导尿率,减轻患者痛苦。

Effect of predictive nursing intervention on urinary retention after anal fistula operation

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention on urinary retention after anal fistula operation.Method Total 112 hospitalized anal fistula cases were randomly divided into two groups as the observation group of 56 cases and the control group of 56 cases.The observation group was given the throughout predictive nursing intervention and the control group received the routine care.The incidence of urinary retention after anal fistula operation in the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of postoperative urinary retention in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The throughout predictive nursing intervention after anal fistula operation can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention and catheterization rates,reduce patients′ suffering.
