| 摘 要： | 目的：了解泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体和人型支原体感染情况。方法：用快速金免疫法对186例泌尿生殖道感染的门诊病人泌尿生殖道分泌物进行沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体和人型支原体检测。结果：沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体和人型支原体阳性率分别为为24．2％、18．8％和8．1％。三种病原体都存在一定比例的混合感染。结论：在重视沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体检测时，需重视人型支原体及几种病原体的联合检测。

| Abstract: | Objective.. To understand the infection situations of bedsonia traehomatis, mycoplasma urealytium and mycoplasma homanis in urogenital tract. Methods.. Testing bedsonia trachomatis, mycoplasma urealytium and mycoplasma homanis of urogenital tract secretions of 186 cases of patients with urogenital tract infection by gold immuno-chromatography assay （GICA）. Results. Positive rate of bedsonia trachomatis, mycoplasma urealytium and mycoplasma homanis is 24. 2%, 18.8% and 8.1%. Conclusion.. We should pay attention to the associate tests of mycoplasma homanis and other pathogens. |
