摘    要:目的 观察中药治疗非典型肺炎 (SARS)的疗效。方法 将所收治的急性早期 6 5例SARS患者在均采用西药治疗方法的基础上 ,随机分组后其中一组患者加用中药治疗。结果 观察 3周显示中西医结合治疗组在缩短平均发热时间、减缓发热所致全身症状、促进肺部炎症吸收、加速激素减量等方面优于西药治疗组。结论 中药治疗SARS有确切的疗效

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM drugs in the treatment of SARS. Methods 65 Cases of acute SARS at early stage were randomly divided into two groups after being treated by western-style therapies, and one of the groups was then given some TCM preparations besides the western-style therapies. Results The curative effects of the combination of TCM and western-style therapies were better than those of the western-style therapies in respects of decreasing death rate, increasing cure rate, relieving symptoms, and reducing side-effects caused by hormones in 3 weeks of treatment. Conclusion The traditional Chinese drugs used in this clinical trial possess certain clinical curative effects in treating SARS.
