共轭亚油酸减肥作用的人体试食试验研究

[目的 ]　研究共轭亚油酸对人体的减肥作用。　 [方法 ]　 3 0名单纯性肥胖的志愿者连续食用共轭亚油酸胶囊 3 5d ,于试验开始及结束时均测试各项安全性指标及功效性指标。　 [结果 ]　受试者连续食用共轭亚油酸胶囊 3 5d后 ,体重平均下降 1.9kg ,体脂总量平均下降 1.2kg ,体脂百分率平均下降 0 .7% ,三角肌处脂肪厚度减少 2 .1mm ,肩胛下脂肪厚度减少 4.1mm ,脐旁脂肪厚度减少 3 .5mm ,髂棘处脂肪厚度减少 3 .6mm ,腰围减少 4.3cm ,臀围减少 1.5cm。试验前、后受试者各项临床指标均未见异常 ,并且试验后运动耐力未下降。　 [结论 ]　共轭亚油酸对人体具有明显的减肥作用 ,且对机体健康无明显损害。

Human experiment on the effect of conjugated linoleic acid in reducing body weight

Objective] To explore the effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in reducing human body weight. [Methods] Thirty simple obesity adult volunteers were kept on taking CLA capsule for 60 days. Safety and functional indices were tested before and after the experiment. [Results] After the experiment, body weight, total body fat, rate of fat/ body weight, sub-deltoid fat thickness, subscapular fat thickness, abdomen fat thickness, iliac crest fat thickness, waistline and hipline reduced by average 1.9kg, 1.2kg, 0.7%, 2.1mm, 4.1mm, 3.5mm, 3.6mm, 4.3cm and 1.5cm respectively, without any adverse effect on physical endurance. No obvious changes were detected in clinical examinations before and after the experiment. [Conclusion] CLA has obvious effects in reducing human body weight, and has no evident adverse effect on tested persons.
