某军医大学用工方式与管理对策

摘    要:本文分析了军医大学在编在岗正式工、人事代理合同工、劳务派遣雇佣工等用工现状,指出不同用工方式所产生的工作积极性不高、热情减退、归属感不强、人员流动大等问题,提出推动用工制度改革、注重人文关怀建设、加大员工培训力度、建立考核激励机制等对策。

Abstract:The article pointed out the current situation in the employment way including regular staff,contract labor based on personnel agency,hired labor by dispatching.The problems resulted from the different types of employment contract were analyzed,such as lacking enthusiasm,low belongingness,and frequent personnel mobility.Some suggestions were put forward,such as promoting the reform of employment system,paying attention to humanistic care,intensifying staff training,and establishing incentive mechanism.
