| 摘 要： | 目的探讨作业计划对社区精神分裂症患者的康复作用。方法将入组病例随机分为观察组与对照组各63例,观察一年。观察组制定统一方案规范干预,对照组仅在提出要求时给予一般心理咨询,以社会功能缺陷量表（SDSS）和精神病人护理观察量表（NORS）评定干预效果。结果作业计划干预可明显降低（NORS）评分,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05或0.01）,并明显减轻社会功能缺损程度,两组（SDSS）评分比较差异具显著性（P〈0.01）,且随干预时间延长,干预效果更加明显。结论作业计划可明显改善社区精神分裂症患者的精神症状,减轻社会功能缺损程度,提高康复效果。
