| 摘 要： | 平均住院日已成为国内外考核医院绩效的一项主要指标，缩短平均住院日可以增加医院效益。运用数据包络分析（DEA）来对单病种缩短平均住院日的情况进行测评，可以有效的评价单病种缩短平均住院日的成效，为单病种的管理提供了一个有益的测量方法。

| Abstract: | The average length of stay in hospitals （ALOS） is often treated as an indicator of hospital performance. Shorten average length of stay can improve hospital efficiency. Data envelope analysis （DEA） can be sued to appraise the effect of single disease＇ s ALOS-Shortening. It is a effect method for single disease management. |
