| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗方法。方法:将骨折按Schatzker分型,共分6型,不同类型的骨折分别采用不同的手术方案。结果:49例随访6~36个月,平均16个月。按Merchant评分标准,优良率85.7%。结论:胫骨平台骨折宜采用手术治疗,手术方法可根据骨折类型而定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate treatment technique for displaced fractures of the tibial plateau by surgery.Methods: According to Schatzker classification,typeⅠ7cases、 typeⅡ13cases、typeⅢ9cases、 typeⅣ 8cases、typeⅤ11cases、 typeⅥ6cases,Treating different types of tibial plateal fractures adopt different operative methods.Results: 49cases were followed up ranging from 6～36 months, with an average of 16 months. The excellent and good rate was 85.7% on Merchant grading system.Conclusion: Tibia plateau fractures should be treated surgically,the operation varied with the fractures types. |
